Published v16 baseline
Nuance’s v16 release notes list a minimum 2.2 GHz Intel dual-core or equivalent AMD processor, 4 GB RAM and 12 GB free storage including downloaded installation files. They list Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 and specified Windows Server versions.
These are published product requirements, not confirmation that every current operating-system build, processor or application is supported. Ask VoiceX to check your intended environment, especially ARM-based PCs, Macs, virtual desktops and managed deployments.

Using a Mac?
Dragon Professional 16 does not run natively on macOS. Nuance states that Dragon Professional is not supported in Parallels for Mac. A proposed Windows environment needs a separate compatibility assessment. Helium is for Dragon Medical One, not Dragon Professional 16.
